The mat rolls up easily and I like the elastic strap which is easy to use and makes the mat easy to carry.

I also love the black strap that comes with it, makes it very easy to roll back up. and store it away until next time.

, I like the straps that it came with, one downside, mine came with a small cut about 2 inches long, will update in future to see how it holds out especially with that cut in the foam.

If you're going to invest in this mat, buy a good, sturdy strap which can be used to carry it & as a stretching aid.
