This is a great yoga mat - very comfortable and squishy to stand, sit or lie on - it really supports my body as I work out or meditate, which I appreciate since I’ve suffered a lot of sports injuries and can no longer do the bare floor or light mats comfortably anymore

I had the *WORST* experience in a yoga class yesterday because this yoga mat made the loudest noises from all of the squeaking.
