The product does what it advertises, but is inconvenient to use because every time you want to brush your pet you have to keep your finger on the retract button or the bristles retract.

And then cleaning the brush is so easy (I hate cleaning other brushes) because the brush retracts and allows me to just wipe off the fur from the brushing session

Cleans easily, bristles fully retract and my dog doesn’t mind it

when done brushing push the button and the bristles retract causing the hair to come right off

Just click the button and the bristles retract and the hair comes off.
