It included 2TB SAS (6000rpm) hard drives per pay, tons of ram, two cpus, and the list goes on and on

(yes I reseated all of the ram to ensure it wasn't a dislodged module etc) and secondly the hard drive storage was 3tb less than advertised

The BIOS is unable to detect any hard drive when booting up

I tested with WinPE and Ubuntu terminal and still nothing is showing up that I can use as a hard drive

When configuring BIOS, I do not see any hard drives that are detected, and keep getting error message that there is no disk
