Charging cables don't work all the time, one of them needs wiggling on the usb end and other one just simply had a wire loose and doesn't work

I understand that considering the price, this drone has a decent charge time, but I would challenge Holy Stone to reduce the charging time of the drone to about an hour and give a little bit more room to fit the wires connecting the battery to the drone

As we got too excited with our first drone, we might have been flying it with the supplied 2 batteries without giving the drone a recommended cooling-off time to rest; one of the front-propelling motors started to show issues like not starting when the other 3 are starting

We had a difficult time figuring out how to pair the drone with a phone, and recorded videos all seem to have the same date, making it difficult to organize recorded videos on the included SD card.

The best time to fly is when it is not very windy because the drone does not handle wind very well.

Suddenly, every time I tried to take off, the drone would simply veer off in one direction or another and then crash.

There is a very nice optional part available that allows you to charge up to 5 batteries at once - each of which provides about 7 minutes of flying time, though the directions do warn that you should provide some cool-down time between flights to keep from overheating the motors

I just spent four days with my six year old grandson and we had a great time playing with this drone.

Sometimes the breeze likes to try and take over flight control, but overall, I've had a great time using this drone and can't wait to use it more often as we move into the spring and summer

Dont be hyped to fly right when you get the package because the batteries will need to be charged before use also remember to let battery cool down after fly time before charging to neglect overheating

No complaints from an inexperienced first time droner.
