To be truthful, I did have an issue with the first one of these that I bought...the altitude hold function didn't work correctly, and I had some trouble controlling it

The altitude hold works really well, although you may have to adjust the trim slightly

This drone has stable altitude hold and responds readily to the controller

Altitude control as solid as I've ever seen it, hover power that keeps it where you want it until you tell it go, and an auto rotate function that keeps it one place but lets you move it around as it spins

The Altitude Hold function worked pretty good, but the performance was improved even more by using the Trimmers buttons (as described in the user manual)

The Altitude Hold function works fine and once the trim controls are set the drone hovers nicely in place.
