The only way, and reason I’m going to keep these is because I found the OTHER silicone ear pieces from my older HOLY HIGH brand earbuds and had to put those on to actually get them to feel comfortable and the sound was 100X better

They all were so tinny and shallow that it hurt my ears to listen to them

It fits fine on my left ear, but it keeps falling off of my right ear

They also don't cause ear pain like most of the earplugs I've tried
