We basically replaced our dish drying wrack with this, and instead have a drying mat on top of it, to put big things like a pan or pot on top to dry

Other than that, this thing is fantastic

I run it empty once month and clean out the filter thing ever other week

We use Cascade Complete tablets and Finish Drying Aid in it, on the "Normal" setting and have had very few things not come out clean and sparkling.

They also package this thing in a serious manner, there were wood slats in the box keeping things secure

The way I space things, I can wash 6 plates, 4 bowls, 6 cups, some silverware, and maybe add something small that fits on the top hanger thing
