Fortunately I had watched enough youtube videos of how to replace an iphone 6 battery that the insufficient instructions in the package didn't matter.

Exactly as described, instruction were very easy to follow - even for someone not electronically adept.

The package also came with very clear instructions to remove the battery and by following them and taking my time I removed the battery without any struggle

The instructions are crap but there are hundreds of Youtube vids to show you how to do this
