Smooth movement, adjustable shelves, and locking casters make it the ideal little workhorse

As I suspected, the shelves and posts are interchangeable

I enjoy the shelves as well

I was ready to give up -- most shelving/carts like these are dimensioned in multiples of 12 inches -- but then I found this guy (the 16x28)

Their customer service says the Max Weight for the top and bottom shelves is 350 lbs each, and for the middle shelf, 150 lbs

the shelves cannot be reversed which eliminates a much needed lip for stability of my materials; 2. once set in place, the shelves are almost impossible to adjust to a different level
