So I can not say if the 2 headphones would be comparable if I played high quality music but for what my everyday needs are the Marley works great for its price range

$10 Disney Frozen branded headphones as punishment, these would be a good pair of headphones for them to prove they can take care of a nice(r) set of headphones.
