The problems are, first you can only use genuine HP toner

Buy the correct toner and get on with life.

The toner works great but just a word to the wise

So I check the HP website hunting for support on defective toner cartridges

Toner easy to place in printer and HP makes it very easy to return old toner cartridge with original package and prepayment.
