While the sound is still not great, it does seem better when using the HDMI cable, as opposed to the analog audio cable that came with the monitor.

Very often while I am gaming, out of nowhere (and sometimes when initially turning my monitor on), the monitor says that the HDMI cable is inactive and has a message that appears that says "Input Signal Not Found

I turned it off and back on, I reset my laptop, changed the HDMI cable for a brand new one, and nothing worked

Accompanying HDMI cable was intermittent, which led to wasted time thinking my docking station was bad.

The speed of the animals didn't seem to blur as with youtube (note: I didn't watch the exact same video so this is highly anecdotal.

The monitor was easy to set up and I’m sure it will work as I expect it to work.

I am writing this today because after many months of this annoying bs, no matter how long I hold the HDMI cable and press it into the monitor, it will not connect, or I guess the monitor's jack for the HDMI cable is too loose
