Love it so much, great 2nd display, help my work so much

This is because the macbook doesn't have a diffuser (anti-glare) causing a ton of reflections during normal day light and very good light transmittance during low light conditions while this monitor (27er) badly diffuses its own light during low light conditions but performing much better at day light conditions where the ambient light dominates the display's 250nits brightness

In short if your budget is $200 this is a good value for an attractive display with great visuals

The monitor has a crisp display and is very bright while staying easy to look at

The display looks good enough for Photo/Video applications and great for everyday use

The design is beautiful, and the display looks great.

But I've never had an issue with it not recognizing my computer and the color is almost as good as the retina display once the brightness was adjusted

I paired this with a Mac Mini, and it's the perfect display for this.

I purchased this display for an iMac and it does not work

If you're using a laptop on a day to day basis with an HD display it will appear sharper than this display given that the same number of pixels are being displayed on a larger panel.

The HP Marketing hype creates an expectation the hardware can't meet, leaving the purchaser unsatisfied with an otherwise fine display for the price.

Refresh rates are just fine for fast games, and hookup to my normal Nvidia GTX 970 card via HDMI provided a great display.
