Very upsetting and misleading as it is packaged in HP packaging and the expiration date printed on the package is not until Oct 2018.
Just what I would have bought in the store only a better value.

While taking the color protective strip off before installing it, it took off the contacts
The color cartridge (which doesn't expire until 11-22-18) is not being accepted by the printer
The color worked fine but the black won't work AT ALL
The color one worked, but the black 61 was "incompatible w

Black and white works perfect but the color doesn't work at all.
The ink works great, however am having a problem with the printer at this time.
I have bought recondition cartridges did not work good .these worked perfect
Dont need this anymore the printer stopped working and would like to exchange for HP 63 INK.It is still in the box has not been open.

I have HP Envy 4502, and the cartridge that fits 4502 is # 61

Good deal and lasted me, however, I do not print a lot of pages, so it is fine for my needs.
I got a great deal on this product as it was cheaper then it would have been at Walmart.
Terrible deal at about 80 cents per page
And when you figure in gas and fighting traffic, Amazon is a better deal for me

Don't waste your money
Have had terrible experience with HP ink cartridges whether just black as this one or combo of color and black, have to be a huge money maker for HP but a real drag for the customer, and a spendy one.
