Very fast processor and very large hard drive

Removed the cover from the computer and found that the low voltage four-wire plug that powers the hard drive and DVD units was NOT plugged into the Mother board!

Then sent me a replacement hard drive supposedly with prro on it that didn't work.

I got a new hard drive, but for some reason, it would never connect to the internet again after that

the the hard drive crashed.

The one I got had missing screws, spray paint on it, missing drive, wrong power cord that didn't even fit, this is a joke.

Both the hard drive and the power supply appeared new

I may also put a SSD in because the drive is rather noisy, but a minor inconvenience all told.

Worked for only 8 months before the hard drive failed

The bad, Hard Drive is loud compared to others, you'll notice, but thats about it

Hard Drive crashed in three months had to buy a new one localy because I didn't want to wait several weeks

Bought this only a month and a half ago, the hard drive already failed

Then instead of sending another hard drive they just said send it back

I opted to have a new hard drive sent to me

I have been told that it is quite possible that it is the hard drive, and I already want my money back

Delivered with a bad hard drive - seller has sent new hard drive - still trying to get it working.

Terrible noise coming out of the hard drive

I agree with one consumer said the hard drive run a bit noisy, but I am OK with this, as long as it run good

The only con - the hard drive is a little noisy when it is working, other then that it is a nice unit

Tech support said I need a new hard drive, or I could return the entire unit for replacement AT MY EXPENSE

My old computer had a hard drive die

It would not be cost effective to have the hard drive repaired or replaced

The case was painted with spray paint, the hard drive wasn't seated properly, mismatched RAM, extremely poor packaging, physically dirty and full of dust

Now spending ~$300 for a new hard drive & data recovery ..... buyer beware (or buy the extended warranty ...)

However since the Windows 10 OS was not the latest release, I formatted the hard drive and installed the latestWindows 10 Operating system available at the time, version 1709

First off the hard drive capacity was wrong 500GB and not 1TB
