A computer should not die that soon after purchase and any responsible company would at least offer some sort of replacement or at least accept a return on a faulty product that was used for just over 6 months

it didn't come with right product key trying to get ahold of someone guess that what u get on a refurbished one

The price was right and the product more than met my expectations.
