So i called HP customer support, and they asked me to run many BIOS test and hard drive test, but the tests didn't locate the cause for the issue, so HP customer support asked me to format the system, and in the middle of formatting the system, the blue screen popped up again, and my laptop was half formatted ... after 3 hours back and forth call with HP customer support, they asked me to download windows system through flash drive and reinstall the system, which didn't fix the blue screen problem either, the reality is that I cannot even install the windows system, as the blue screen just kept showing up in the middle of the installation.
