Attempted all troubleshooting, HP support, HP's Print Scan doctor program; nothing worked.

I returned the first bad printer because HP support suggested I do so

I went through all the videos and online HP support before deciding it was cheaper to junk them than to spend time trouble shooting them.

Only thing good is the HP Support.
