I have no need to print from my phone and didn’t want to add needless apps

The app is difficult to get working.

The HP Smart app actually works well

Once connected to both, the "HP Smart" app then lets me into its settings, where I can add this printer and print a file or even photo from my Samsung Note smartphone (pic 03)

The Good:- Super fast set up, just download the HP smart app and takes under 20 seconds to get printer up and running

First, you can download the HP Smart app, which is what I did

This requires downloading the "HP Smart" app on our phones to work with this printer

I used my HP Stream laptop with Windows 10 and the HP Smart app easily downloaded

iOS app is very convenient as it connects to all the major storage services like Dropbox, Evernote, etc

Not sure if this was an issue with my unit but every time I tried to save the wireless configuration the app froze and crashed

At this point the app said my printer installation failed.
