While this printer does a good job when it's working, it frequently refuses to print and gives you false paper jam messages

It constantly locks up, loses jobs, quits for no reason

The jam is very simple to remedy, but then resetting the printer to get it to finish or even restart the job can be very, very frustrating and usually requires unplugging the printer, then clearing out the printer queue

When printing on two sides the pages frequently stick together, ruining the whole job

Before purchasing this printer I read many negative reviews on how the wireless doesn't work, or bad print jobs, or even as far as a bad overall product.

If you print to it before you notice it is asleep, it loses the print job and you have to reprint it... if you haven't already closed it.

When it works it does a good job.

Have had a Hundred maybe, 150 jobs go through and no problem.

If you need the paper to look really dark and perfect this won't get that job done as well as the more expensive laser jet printers
