This piece of junk never works, always gives an error alert for paper jam....problem is: There is NO paper jam

"You have ink and paper, and there's no paper jam

A user (who shall remain nameless) tried to clear a paper jam and applied a little too much force in the wrong direction while removing the cartridge, breaking one of the locating pins.

Kept getting a "paper jam" message

The first one had after about a year to a year and a half with paper jamming and me taking the whole thing apart to remove the jam!

I've printed several hundred pages without a single paper jam .

I bought it because of e print capability, which doesn't work

Just make sure once you log into the computers IP page the first thing you do is enable e-print or else nothing will work
