After hours of help from our IT technician and time spent on phone with HP downgrading the softare to an earlier version, this piece of junk still won't connect to our wireless network

I remove the cartridge and look for jammed paper or pieces of paper, but find nothing.

My original HP Laser Jet 1200 seemed like a more solid piece of equipment, but for occasional office printing, it will suffice

Seriously, it's cheaper for me to write things out by hand with pencil on paper than use this misbegotten piece of junk.

Just make sure once you log into the computers IP page the first thing you do is enable e-print or else nothing will work
