    • Great quality prints!
    • I am relatively tech savvy, but this prints only about 1/2 of the time for me, and the troubleshooting website is the worst

    • The same series, (the 4000) a printer I own an HP 4100 circa 2002 has 212,000 prints runs like new because it has never had rebuilt toners, gets cleaned, replaced on simple parts and prints like new
