I installed the software as per the HP instructions on a Windows 7 laptop and, after finding my way through the very confusing setup process, had the printer connected to my network via wifi and could print successfully from the laptop

Just make sure once you log into the computers IP page the first thing you do is enable e-print or else nothing will work

We suspect that, since this printer is obsolescent, that H-P is neglecting to fix bugs and programming goofs
