Tried several work arounds for Tech Support and finally got through to someone in Sales ( because by Golly, there's a direct number for that!) who told me - Listen carefully, I'm about to drop some knowledge on you - that the recorded voice will tell you to visit the web page, pause, tell you to visit the web page again, pause, and THEN connect you to someone in Tech Support.
