I've wasted 4 hours in installing with help of Amazon technical service

I have wasted endless hours trying to set it up for it to work printing the first job I send to it, then fail on all subsequent ones, requiring me to start again with the set up

When it doesn't, you have to waste a half hour of your time running the HP scan doctor, shutting down routers and pcs to reboot, etc

I am 100% frustrated and it has wasted about 2 hours of my time when I should just have to put the size of the paper and type ( which in printer settings I have it set to specialty paper matte) and the printer should be able to handle it

I thought that writing this review would make me feel better, but alas, I cannot recover the hours of my life I have spent while it refused to speak to my computer despite both clearly being online, or the time I spent responding to "Out of paper" notices when the paper tray is clearly full.

Makes sense considering the low price, but it would have been nice to know that when making the purchasing decision, as there was no way the 2 hours on the phone was worth the $
