I really like HP products

I'm not a usual product reviewer, positive or negative, but the frustration this product caused warrants comment.

This printer is very user friendly, convenient, and a great product to assist us with our electronic work.

After 1.5 hours on the phone with HP support, I was given the run around and had to wait even longer to speak to someone about my dissatisfaction and waste of time regarding this product.
