I took one of the top suggestions and after receiving this PC, I did a fresh install of Windows 10 which got rid of the bloat and made it more of a speedy experience

But if you're new to pc gaming and want to purchase this just make sure you do a clean install of windows and get rid of all the HP crap.

I would definitely recommend installing and SSD to make it more speedy though
