What a FANTASTIC way to add USB and added electrical sockets

Great way to add outlets in simple way!

I can plug the Samsung adapter into the outlet and fast charge that way, but defeats the purpose of having a outlet with usb ports

We have several of the only 'plug' in type units - it's been a constant battle to keep them fully in the outlet; learning the hard way with non-charged devices

The manufacturer recommends cutting off the bottom plastic stabilizer post in such cases (eww), and there's no easy way to stabilize it with a screw mount in this case (you'd have to open it up and make a new hole to line up with top+bottom trim mounting instead).

It does charge our iPhones but just not as fast as we would like.
