I definitely recommend this Size and the water spout is perfect to take a quick drink or your out and about

I will say it does keep my water cold and the size and shape are great, however it is quite fragile

Overall, the size is convenient however I sometimes wish I got the larger one because I do have to Refill it often.

I also like the size of it in that it holds more water than the yeti (though it's too large to fit into a standard cupholder in a vehicle)
