When I first started using this product I loved it - it works exactly as advertised, cooling my coffee straight out of the Keurig

But seems like a good quality cup and works as advertised!

Definitely does not work as advertised, if anything it just takes the edge off of the temperature of the drink

But it works as advertised, nice mild coffee

Works as advertised to make cold though seemed to give my coffee a bitter aftertaste that my coffee doesn't have when I don't use this, might be the stainless steel cup it chills in in this product that does that, which unfortunately has caused me to stop using this.

Do not recommend as after maybe a month it started leaking with no resolution

Only downfall is sometimes water will leak (I assume from being frozen and thawed frequently), so could use better sealant in those areas
