The top lid cracked once I poured coffee into it

UPDATE:After a few months of use, it seems every morning I take it out of the freezer, the top main lid is unscrewed, and will not screw back onto the outer container when frozen.

However, the plastic seems to be on the brittle side, the lid on mine cracked making it unusable

It works as advertised but my coffee always spills on the shallow lid when Im pouring it in.

I also accidentally dropped mine and cracked the lid.

Not sure if my screw lid got stripped or what but by the third time i used it, the lid doesn't tightly seal anymore and liquid just leaks out every time i tilt it

But the lid is very hard to get off no

Cup Lid cracked while in the freezer

We now went to use it and for some reason the top lid will not screw onto the cup, the threads will not line up

Mine was near the front of the freezer and fell out when I opened the door shattering the lid rendering the product unusable

You have to pour slowly into the shallow plastic lid or it spills over

and then because the tea had sugar, it became sticky and the lid was really hard to open

My lid is frozen shut sometimes but it absolutely works and I really like it

There was a pop noise when it was cooling and the lid is now slightly warped and won’t stay screwed shut.

The biggest improvement was the deeper lid, which makes brewing in from our keuring much easier.

Also, the deeper lid makes it easier to pour my hot beverage into the HyperChiller

the lid will not stay on after its been in the freezer, leaks.

It was super easy to use besides trying to twist the lid off the first time

Second one, the top lid won’t tighten correctly

A suggestion would be for them to make the lid out of a more pliable plastic so it won't shatter on impact.

Pour over ice and enjoy!I’ve had my unit for almost two years

Only downfall is sometimes water will leak (I assume from being frozen and thawed frequently), so could use better sealant in those areas
