These come in left and right pairs, three pair for a very reasonable price!I had ordered a similar (but smaller size) ear insert from another retailer and that single one cost about 50% of this HYS deal that sends you three PAIR!What's more, the one from the other retailer had split where the 90° joint attaches by the time these HYS ones arrived
