This pc (view21 035A) is a great value, the only downsides I can think of are the lack of a WiFi (but $20 will get you some great WiFi adapters) and the fan noise which is noticeable but not terrible

but the wifi adapter is insanely cheap, slow or defective.

only issue is the network adapter that came with it, very skeptical of its usefulness but just used ethernet
