    • After reading other people's reviews, I was prepared to have to Change the boot config, re-seat the Heat Sink, RAM, GPU or other internal components, or basically have to re-assemble the whole thing, but after inspection and testing everything was seated well and it booted up fast and without issue.
    • You can see from the attached photo that only 3 of the 4 screws which are supposed to attach the bracket to the heat sink were actually there, and the other 3 were very loose.
    • After fixing this problem by disassembling the heat sink and fan, purchasing new plastic pins and reseating the whole cooling system, the computer stays on
    • I would have attributed this to shipping, except that when examining the heat sink it became clear that the heat sink was also not firmly attached to the bracket.
    • Combined with the loose plastic pin this means the heat sink was not making contact with the motherboard, it was overheating and then shutting down
