    • After calling tech support I was told to move the wifi adapter from an internal USB port to one on the outside, which improved the connection, and to just buy a new adapter since the existing one is bad (only $15 for a good one)
    • Called tech support, they suggested getting a large flash drive, copying everything from the OS cd and reinstalling the operating system (OS).
    • And I should also note my call to tech support was easy and one of the less furstrating tech calls I have ever made
    • I had an issue with the RGB lighting not responding a quick call to tech support sorted the problem out in easy to follow instructions
    • I contacted the tech support and they were really helpful and efficient in directing me on where to go and how to do it
    • Contacted Tech Support AGAIN.
    • I contacted Customer Service, who did not care about the tech support hanging up on me and told me to complain to Amazon and then hung up.
    • Have to call tech support in 2days
    • It's Friday and of course tech support is closed till Monday so needless to say I am unhappy about this purchase so far.
    • Contacted Tech Support again, they told me to buy Flash Drive and download Windows install tool.
    • After calling tech support they couldn't get it past the beginning either, just a total waste of time!
    • So I contacted customer service and was sent to tech support
    • With help of their tech support I formatted the window and reinstalled the drivers.
    • Update called tech support and they was great at fixing the problem
    • To be honest the tech support was amazing and the man I spoke with very nice, I put a two bc I want to see how the rest of the process will proceed to give my final review so far so good
    • Well, this time, I called into their tech support to figure out what exactly is the problem
    • I can’t give it one star because it’s not Amazon’s fault
