The unit has pretty powerful capabilities and I found the manual not very clear so had to call support to guide me through it

With that said, areas for improvement include better documentation, enhanced UI capabilities (although the auracle app was great for providing a drop dead simple way to work with it when you don't feel like frying neurons to switch between recording and listening modes) and possibly a firmware update that addresses a few occasional drops.
