We live 2 miles down a dirt road and it keeps the boat clean on our travels in and out.

However, we put ours on in fall when we purchased it hoping it would protect our boat through the harsh winter months and unfortunately the heavy snow falls got the best of the boat cover (even with 3 supporting beams directing the snow off of it) and it did leak through the cover and into our boat

The support pole failed multiple times and the boat filled up with so much water that the boat cover ripped all the way across the front end of the boat cover.

You will probably have better luck covering your boat with a fitted bed sheet

Cover went on easy enough, but a buckle on one of the straps broke as I was tightening it down installing it for the first time
