I returned the item and had it replaced through amazon with the same one, I get the new one in the mail and it works for 3 days and back to the same problem, it’s skipping, and taking FOREVER to load a DVD, that it just gets stuck on the main screen “loading” forever and not playing the DVDs, the first one the sound was great, now this second one the sound quality is awful

Speakers are small, and are good for small speakers, but I recommend using a wireless bluetooth for better sound (I use an Oontz Angle 3)
