I believe I just received a bad pair of the white, and contacted the seller to request an exchange.

These are hands down one of the best pair of headphones I’ve ever own!

but you don’t have to have a pair of backup headphones if the battery dies because they come with a audio cord (that plugs in like regular headphones) as well

I even got a second pair for a friend and she loves them.

I highly recommend this pair of headphones and this company.

My only advice is to not go into these headphones expecting the ultra-resonant sound that you would get out of a nice pair of Bose headphones

There were a few things that weren't great: the fact that the voice telling me the power was on or it was pairing or connected is so loud it hurts your ears no matter how low you have the volume had me keeping them off until they were connected; and the fact that it didn't shut itself off when not being used so it could conserve battery life was really annoying after having an awesome pair that lasted a couple days, if I forgot to plug them in

I bought a pair of these in black that worked perfectly time except for the fact that when I would put the volume all the way up it wouldn’t actually be all the way up until I lowered it and did it again
