Not sure what I was expecting, maybe a better quality print then from their product that this style replaces/upgrades.

If you enlarge the picture well enough to read the fine print on the 25-sheet pack you can see that it is not Smooth Gloss, but that was not a pleasant surprise when we didn't receive Smooth Gloss
