Installation was so easy (must have drill) arrived in perfect condition, although it was missing remote, Amazon worked out a reasonable solution for the matter

It worked perfectly though and it came with very nice installation instructions and kit

But I had an issue with the installation regarding the installation under a shallow cabinet

I gave it two stars because the installation was easy and the bluetooth is easy to set up otherwise one star would have been suffice
