My dad also has a "portable" jump starter from several years ago that weighs literally ten times as much as this does

My car battery was dead and this jumped it off very quickly

And that one was much more complicated to use than this one—for this, just connect the blue connector to the portable jump starter, the two clamps to the car battery, and immediately start the car

This portable jump starter is amazing

So that gives me a good 20-25 jumps before I need to recharge

I don't have to rely on the kindness of strangers to supply a jump if my battery dies.
