I received this cartridge with toner having leaked all over the outside

I notified INK-E regarding the defective cartridge and they were prompt and courteous addressing my concerns.

Compare the gap on the left to the solid black of the genuine HP cartridge.

The Cyan Cartridge has started to fail at 60% of toner left and is smearing cyan over every page printed even if it is just a black and white print out.

We have replaced one cartridge at a time and so far so good , our m477 reads it as if it’s

The cartridges are fantastic and highly recommended.

Before installing them, I did confirm the magenta also was bad, though the yellow cartridge was good.

I think I'll save money in the long run buying higher quality toner, with less frequent cartridge changes and less paper wasted.

Also another protective paper tab was added to help protect each toner cartridge.

So hopefully this new cyan will resolve the issue because the other cartridges worked like a dream.

Yellow cartridge has started to fail by placing a streak down the page on both sides of paper when duplex printing

I've been using these toners in my HP M477FDW for a few weeks now, and these cartridges are great.

Finally, though, I ran out of Cyan, and popped one of these Compatible cartridges in (as soon as my printer said I was running low, I ordered them, so I have these on hand).
