It’s designed to be on a desk, so don’t buy this expecting it to be free standing one,(Which is what I did.

This stand works great with my Blue Yeti microphone mounted with an Aluminum Shock Mount on it.

I have a blue yeti I hate the BLUE Stand because it has no range of

can't really mess with the unworkable stand because i'm worried i'm going to snap the clamp

In the past I have purchased boom-arm mic stands that claimed to be able to hold the weight of the Blue Snowball or the Blue Yeti, but then they'd arrived and falter immediately upon being loaded down
