I cannot put the volume higher than 75% or the speakers start to distort.

I hooked this up to some older lower ohm speakers and blasted 30hz and the speakers started smoking and then stopped working it was GREAT!!

I bought 2 of the BOSS Audio BRS40 4" speakers that were very cheap and made a pretty crude wooden box and placed the amp inside and bam you got a cheap loud bluetooth speaker perfect for small to medium spaces.

You can add a 3-5 second speaker protection circuit delay etc

Sometimes it sparks and makes a loud popping sound like the speaker's going to blow

Love these, easy to setup and to use from my iPhone, iPad, and/or computer Bluetooth, the extra gain (amplification) settings are very helpful for sensitive speakers.

, I took a wire and touched a negative speaker terminal with one end, the bluetooth antenna with the other, and the noise stopped, even without the wire

Right channel speaker started smoking and was so hot it melted speaker grill

Great for portable speakers, limited on Bluetooth distance

I will need to make a cool enclosure, and get some good speaker wires

Right speaker gets hot almost instantly

50W of total power sounds pretty good/loud with only a 5A power supply and some decent speakers.

If connected to a loud speaker system this is overwhelmingly too loud

Overall worth the $ if you have some good speakers lying around that you want to turn into a good bluetooth system for cheap.

dB you should be able to turn up your BT source, and the amp to amp and never have to worry about distortion if running into decent speakers

The sound quality is great and you can use any speakers you like.
