As mentioned above Free Capture is a bit confusing and tracking doesn't work for me

I haven't mastered the free capture portion of the software.

The free capture software is necessary for a 360 camera and works great with an iPhone to edit videos along with the PC software

However, if you are looking for a razor sharp image and "free capture" interests you then I would encourage you to look toward what I've used for years.

For me I was really hoping to take advantage of the Insta360 One's "free capture" functionality.

Your best bet for proper HDR capture is to shoot in RAW, and manually do 7-8 exposures (extremely tedious), then HDR-combine and stitch them on a computer

The picture quality is hit or miss as it sometimes just takes very blurry photos despite not moving
