I was extremely disappointed, bought this to replace one that made a constant clicking, this one makes a very loud constant whirring that is even worse than the clicking

Like a whirring sound that doesn't stop.

Makes a loud whirring noise when in the cassette player

Both of the tapes I received were missing the tape inside of the cassette tape, so each time I popped it into my car, there was a loud whirring sound, the display changes from Side A to Side B, then ERROR, then the tape is ejected

It works, in that I can play my music through the car speakers, but the turning cassette tape makes a rattling/whirring noise

Sometimes I get a crackling or an annoying whirring sound in the background of the music playing

Also, when it did work, it made a loud rattling/whirring sound, which I could mostly drown out with music playing

Popped it in and it just made a loud whirring sound.

Put it back in my car and it works fine - FOR NOW.Still very concerned about the problem others have had with the 3.5mm head breaking off in whatever device it's connected to (e.g. smartphones).05/29/2017: absolute garbage. makes an extremely loud whirring sound when inserted into the tape deck (drowning out whatever you're trying to listen to) and volume has to be turned up on both my phone (max volume) and my car (maximum volume) to barely hear anything, dramatically increasing chances of blowing out my speakers and eardrums if the source were changed on my car.
