sound was clear but headset was voice activated so there was a substantial lag causing a lot of voice over

sounds are isolated from the Mic so it doesn't produce those annoying echoes.

As a result of the way I wear my headset, you're denying half the sound you could be getting, so technically I'm not getting as clear an audio as I did with the Xbox headset

The sound is adequate and better than the headset that comes with the Xbox 360

This headset, may be a good starter or replacement headset, it fits perfect and is very nice looking the only issue is that the adapter that you plug into your controller may not go into some controllers causing sounds that sound like paper crumbling up make sure it is pushed into the controller completely before joining a party or in game chat be prepared for some defects when u buy this

But the shipping took forever, 10 days, and waited all that time for a headset that didn't work at all, no sound or voice
